Everything ships from the studio in Pecatu, packed by the people who made it.
Island delivery
Free across Bali on orders over Rp 500.000, otherwise Rp 45.000 flat. Same-day in Uluwatu and Canggu if ordered before 11am.
Rest of Indonesia
Two to four working days by JNE or SiCepat, quoted at checkout. Tracking arrives by email the moment the parcel is scanned.
International
Seven to fourteen working days by DHL. Duties are payable on arrival and vary by country — we cannot quote them in advance.
Returns
Fourteen days from delivery, unworn with tags attached. Start a return by email and we will send a label. Sale pieces are final.
Exchanges
Easiest as a return plus a new order — sizes move quickly and holding stock against an exchange usually means losing it.
Faults
If something fails in normal wear within six months, email a photo. We repair, replace or refund, in that order of preference.
